A.P.C. x Brain Dead

A.P.C. and Brain Dead present their new Interaction, continuing the conversation that first brought the Parisian brand and the Los Angeles collective together. The exchange began with the friendship between founders Jean Touitou and Kyle Ng, rooted in a shared interest in music, culture, and clothes built for everyday life.

For this release, Kyle Ng gathered members of the Brain Dead community to write and record four original songs inspired by the collection, capturing the same unhurried energy as the clothes. As Kyle puts it: “A.P.C. is all about clothes to live in day-to-day. The fades and wear represent the experiences you are having.”

The collection stays true to the logic of the first Interaction: Brain Dead cuts, baggier and more relaxed, made in A.P.C. fabrics. Denim remains the focus, with fits further refined and a new wash treatment introduced, giving the pieces a worn quality that reflects use rather than simulating it. Key pieces include a raw indigo denim jacket and jean set, both bearing the joint “Paris California” leather patch, and a striped Breton-inspired polo that puts the two brands’ references in direct dialogue. The accessories extend the conversation further, with denim caps, a striped beanie, and co-branded mugs in mint green.
