For the second year, A.P.C. is offering an olive oil produced exclusively for the brand by the Moulin des Ombres at Château de Montfrin in the Gard region. This is a certified organic oil from Tuscan olive trees that is very green and fairly mild, with little fieriness or bitterness. The rare oil is pressed using the latest technology to preserve the integrity of the pure fruit juice that is olive oil. "With its rather strong personality, it is perfect for accompanying dishes with simple flavours. Try it on fish like cod, or even rice, steamed apples or chickpeas," advises Jean Touitou. A.P.C. olive oil is sold in 250 ml glass bottles with an original label designed by Mathias Augustyniak of the M/M graphics studio. For this second season, the label is printed on a blue background.
